POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
You will provide legal advice and business solutions to the corporation, its subsidiaries and related joint ventures on a wide range of matters. A large component of your role will involve negotiating, drafting and reviewing the corporations legal agreements with a focus on marketing, exploration, corporate development, treasury and purchasing. You may be assigned securities work as well.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelor of laws degree
Three to six years of experience in private practice and/or a corporate legal department
Exposure to corporate law, general business agreements, marketing and sales strategies, financing, mining, joint ventures and major business transactions
Significant drafting experience
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
Member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan or of another Canadian jurisdiction
Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
